The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

This newly refurbished apartment adjoins the owner's family home and is part of a safe and quiet neighbourhood. It is well situated with a 2 minute walk to a frequent bus service, the train station is 10 mins away and the town centre 15 by bus. The airport is 20 mins away by taxi (£30 - £40). There is plenty of street parking available. For guests that are keen to walk, 30 minutes will bring you to the main Bristol attractions such as the docks and the main shopping area ( Cabot Circus).

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

A lovely two bedroom apartment in a newly converted bath stone building just off Sandy Park Road. Newly furnished with lovely fixtures and fittings. Two double bedrooms with brand new furniture. There is also a large open plan kitchen/living area plenty big enough for entertaining. Location is great if you are wanting to get to the city centre and there is a bus route that runs frequently and late into the evening. :)
