The apartment has a south-facing exposure with one of the best views of Briançon. The fortifications and the Cité Vauban are within walking distance, just 300 m from the apartment. It is close to all amenities, bakery, tobacco, restaurants, historic center, grocery store. The Serre Chevalier resort is accessible by car 1.5 km away and also by bus with the stop 200 m away. The apartment has a garage, very convenient especially in winter! Montgenèvre and Italy are 13 km away!

Close to all shops sncf station 10 min walk, shuttle to Serre Chevalier station, bus stop 3 min to the heart of the city, prorel cable car access to the ski area 5 min by car, Nordic area, swimming pool, skating rink 2 km away, close to the Col d'Izoard and the GR5 route. Fully renovated 28m2 apartment on the 1st floor of our house in quiet area with 18m2 south facing terrace, open views of the mountains. 1 room with equipped kitchenette, living room with tv, wifi, sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and two bunk beds (90 x 190 cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal accommodation for 2, possible for up to 4 people. Parking in private parking lot. 900 m from the city center and train station.

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

A small cozy apartment in a village house. Quiet in the countryside,while being close to Briançon you can enjoy the sauna after your day of skiing Check with us for rates of 7 days or more. The staircase leading to the bedrooms is steep but well equipped with handrails, but this must be taken into account for people with mobility difficulties. Access is completely independent. Le Cocon Chafferlin, charming studio located in St Chaffrey in the Serre Chevalier resort with magnificent views of the Luc Alphand slope. It has a great location and is a 5-minute walk from the shops and the start of the slopes. (Ski shuttle also available at the bottom of the residence) Completely renovated in 2021 in a warm mountain style and equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home.
