From Hohenems you are immediately in Dornbirn, to Bregenz or Feldkirch it is a good 15-minute highway ride. The motorway connection is reachable in a few minutes. In addition, the proximity to Switzerland and Liechtenstein offers another advantage. The perfect secondary residence for your company in Liechtenstein/Switzerland.

Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!
