There is also another toilet and a high-quality kitchen with a kitchen island and Miele appliances. The adjoining, spacious 30 m² south-west terrace invites you to relax and linger. The bright, light-flooded basement can be used as a fourth bedroom with two double beds if desired. With its generous 65 m², it not only offers additional space for sleeping, but also ideal conditions for workshops, yoga, and other relaxing activities. The Loxone smart home system ensures maximum comfort by perfectly coordinating lighting and shading. Central and yet close to nature, the apartment "Jannersee" is located on the edge of the Lauteracher Ried and thus somewhat away from the noise of the city. The Jannersee (within walking distance 15 minutes) is a wonderful reed lake that invites you to swim and linger. (Attention, insider tip!) Whether it's a city trip, sports or recreational vacation, you've come to the right place! Free parking is included.

Our charming apartment in the "shabby chic style" offers three cozy bedrooms and a spacious kitchen with balcony for up to 6 people on about 70 square meters. Here you can cook, relax and spend convivial evenings together. The apartment is on the second floor of our residential building in a quiet residential estate at the foot of the picturesque mountain "Niedere" (around the corner from the paragliding landing site). We live on the ground floor with our 8-year-old son, our dog and a cat.
