There is also another toilet and a high-quality kitchen with a kitchen island and Miele appliances. The adjoining, spacious 30 m² south-west terrace invites you to relax and linger. The bright, light-flooded basement can be used as a fourth bedroom with two double beds if desired. With its generous 65 m², it not only offers additional space for sleeping, but also ideal conditions for workshops, yoga, and other relaxing activities. The Jannersee (within walking distance 15 minutes) is a wonderful reed lake that invites you to swim and linger. (Attention, insider tip!) Our charming apartment in the "shabby chic style" offers three cozy bedrooms and a spacious kitchen with balcony for up to 6 people on about 70 square meters. Here you can cook, relax and spend convivial evenings together. The apartment is on the second floor of our residential building in a quiet residential estate at the foot of the picturesque mountain "Niedere" (around the corner from the paragliding landing site). We live on the ground floor with our 8-year-old son, our dog and a cat.
