It takes about 5 minutes of walking to get to the vibrant old city center that offers monuments, restaurants, plenty of shops, and nightlife. In the same building, you will find a small cafe with delicious pancakes and a luxurious restaurant with a nightclub. In 2-4 minute walking: grocery store, fitness, bus/tram/trolley bus stops.
