The sofa can be converted into a sleeping area for 1-2 people. Storage space is provided by the wardrobe in the hallway as well as a chest of drawers in the living area. The terrace has a south view. The kitchen has 4 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge as well as oven/microwave combination and a fully automatic coffee machine.
