In just 2 minutes by car you can reach the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach to the ski or hiking area Kitzbühel and also in 2 minutes by car you can reach the Smaragdbahn Bramberg, which takes you to the ski or hiking area Wildkogel. You can start your bike tours directly at our house. Doesn't that sound like a perfect vacation? Well then you are in the right place with us at the Lahner organic farm!

The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
