This offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is on two staggered levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer goal. I forbindelse med stuen ligger et nyt køkken fra 2022. Husets sovepladser fordeler sig på et værelse med en dobbeltseng, et værelse med køjeseng- mest velegnet til børn. De sidste sovepladser er i det nyindrettede anneks meddobbeltseng og dobbeltmadras på gulv Bemærk, at huset er af ældre dato, løbende er blevet renoveret.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.
