Our cozy guesthouse with sauna is located on an island on the Leidsche Vaart near the Braassemermeer. You will find us between Amsterdam (about 30 minutes, car), Schiphol (about 20 minutes, car and 30 minutes, bus) and The Hague (about 35 minutes, car) and the Groene Hart. Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), boating, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. Our holiday park, De Tulpenacker, boasts a unique, green setting by the water, close to the Netherlands' larger cities and the beach. Relax in the beautiful Papenveer! Nearby are numerous hiking, cycling and boating routes along fields and lakes. Bring your bike or inquire about the possibilities! The cottage has its own entrance with parking space. You will stay on our property, but due to a separation, you will enjoy complete privacy. There is one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, sitting area with smartTV and a kitchenette with faucet and coffee/tea facilities. A separate stove is available. Parties are not allowed.

Nieuwe Wetering is a small village located between the Kagerplassen and the Braassemermeer in the province of South Holland. The house is located in a quiet area along various cycling and walking routes. The room with its own bathroom is located above the garage in a separate part of our house. The nearest bus stop is about a 20-minute walk from our house. During your stay, you can use (old) bicycles to cycle to and from the bus stop or to the nearest supermarket.

Roelofarendsveen is one of the largest village centers in the municipality of Kaag en Braassem. This is a polder-rich area, originally a horticultural area, located on the Braassemermeer. There are many possibilities for hiking and cycling. Routes in guesthouse folder. You can park for free in front of the door. We have bicycles for the guests, in principle free of charge, but if you use them frequently, a contribution for maintenance is welcome.
