My loft-like apartment (40 square meters) in Friedrichshain and the associated garden with terrace (20 square meters) are located in a quiet rear building. Super central & in the middle of it - right in the Simon-Dach-Kiez, around the corner from Boxhagener Platz and the RAW site. I have furnished it with a lot of love for detail and with high-quality design highlights - a small oasis of well-being. Outside the door you will find everything you need - international restaurants, bars, cafes, late night convenience stores and many small design shops.

Simon Dachstrasse is just a 2-minute walk away with cafes, rest. and shops. We have easy selfcheck in - a keybox left of the main entrance door. Check in is after 3:00 pm and check out is latest by 10:00 am.
