Hydronic heating , heated towel rail and underfloor heating in the bathroom keeps you warm in winter, while reverse cycle air conditioning maintains comfort in summer. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
