Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland,lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. wifi(fiber) throughout the house.

Vous pourrez vous détendre dans une balnéo de standing. Vous passerez la nuit dans une chambre offrant une literie digne d’un grand hôtel ainsi qu’une télévision très grand format. Le long balcon vous permettra d’admirer la vue en profitant de l’extérieur. Votre voiture sera stationnée dans un box sécurisé au sous-sol de l’immeuble.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
