Amenities: butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle charging station, bread delivery 2 km (Gyé/Seine). Multisport field and children's games 300 m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Wine estate, forests, lakes, museums, leisure parks, restaurants... Between Troyes and Chatillon-sur-Seine, a few kilometers from Bar-sur-Seine, you'll have a choice of tours, walks and activities. Our 50 m2 Prestige accommodation consists of a living area (with a 140/190 sofa bed) and a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160/200) overlooking the private Jacuzzi. We offer 3 options at an additional cost. - Romantic setting €20. - Gourmet setup that includes the romantic setup + 1/2 bottle of champagne + sweet or savory petits fours to be decided together for €50. - And a breakfast basket for 2 people for €15. Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

The sound of water. Birds singing. Forest immersion in a corner of paradise by a river with all modern comforts (bathroom, toilet). To complete this idyllic setting, you will find outdoor games (petanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue on site. WA trailer offers, in addition, tea, coffee, chips (offered) and local champagne for an extra charge. Possibility to rent a second trailer with kitchen (4 people + 2 children).
