Our apartment is located on the outskirts of the beautiful wine village of Eichstetten, directly from various excursion destinations such as hiking and cycling. The seed garden, breeding and show garden, is about 450 m away and is also the start and end point of the Geopfad (length 9.5 km / ascent 500 m /descent 500 m / difficulty medium), one of the entrances to the Kaisertour (mountain bike tour / length 68 km / 1360 m / difficult) or the starting point for many mountain bike or bike tours.

The accommodation has a separate entrance and has the character of a small basement apartment. The living/bedroom is completely newly furnished, friendly and lovingly with white furniture, 1.60 m bed with bedside table, rattan seating group + coffee table, chairs with light covers, beautiful large wardrobe. The room has a large daylight window and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet – to feel good. I will be happy to help you and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

On the 2nd floor there is a great kitchen with a dining area, the living area with a sofa bed (new 01/2025), a modern bathroom with shower/toilet, a covered loggia and a cozy reading corner. The bedroom is on the second floor. Access to the apartment with a code, Wi-Fi and use of the KonusgästeCard.
