The cottage is located on a villa plot with a protected location. Parking space on premises. TV screen with Chromecast. The bed is 120 cm wide and the upper bunk is 90 cm. About a 4-minute walk to the bus stop. Bus to Huddinge C about 10 minutes, then about 15 minutes by commuter train to Stockholm. Bus to Södertörn University/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 minutes.

Cottage by the water in southern Stockholm

Välkommen till landet mitt i södra Stockholm. Högt uppe bland trädtopparna finner ni denna fullt utrustade stuga att spendera din visit i. Stugan ligger högst uppe på ett berg med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Du får gratismotion i den rejäla trappen som leder upp till stugan. Här bor du lantligt intill sjö och natur men med korta avstånd till Stockholm. Parkering för en bil finns. På ca 40 minuter tar du dig kommunalt till centrala Stockholm. Bäst lämpat för vuxna gäster maa tomtens topografi.

Welcome to our newly built tiny house! This house is perfect for a family with two kids or if traveling with friends. You sleep in a separated bedroom area (80+80cm bed) and loft (80+80cm bed). There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. Newly renovated 3rd floor apartment with balcony, sleeps 6, in Årsta, close to several nice restaurants, cafés and grocery store. There is also the scenic Årstaviken with outdoor gym, running track and walking paths overlooking Södermalm. From here to the Globen area with Avicii arena and 3Arena, you have only 3 minutes by tram or 20 minutes walk. There are good connections with bus/commuter train/tram, travel time to Södermalm is about 15 minutes and the city is about 20 minutes.

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
