Two Bedrooms (Double bed, 2 Single beds) Large modern kitchen with everything you need. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is located in Mossbystrand about 12 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop with good connections is 100 meters away, which will take you all the way to Trelleborg or Ystad. The apartment is 1 km from Hotel Mossbylund

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.
