Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

We welcome you to our apartment. It is located in a quiet backyard, on the first floor overlooking the countryside. Located directly on the edge of the famous Mühltal valley, it offers relaxation and tranquility, enjoys the view or uses the time for a walk in the woods. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but you can also take a break from smoking in the courtyard. Parking is available either on site or in the private car park 50m away.

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.
