Ugenert location on the south facing slope with large closed wooden terrace, own beach and bridge. Opportunity for fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen motorway. The beach cottage was recently renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional interior. The style is light and maritime, and even though the cabin is small, there is room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

50 years ago, a Sprite 400 caravan, was heaven for escapists, hedonists, and people who needed to 'get out'. Today, you can experience life in a tiny Sprite 400 - placed in gorgeous surroundings. Yes, it's tiny. The double bed is tiny (120 cm X 200 cm). The extra bed is tiny. The sink is tiny. But it will not be a tiny experience. The surrounding landscape is huge and plentiful. Private beach, forest and cliff viewpoint within walking distance. Bring your camera and a positive mindset :-)

The kitchen is fully equipped. 3 double bedrooms, one can be made into 2 single beds. It is 2 lovely bathrooms with shower, one with a bathtub and indoor sauna overlooking the fields. Lovely annex's scenic nestled by rural property. Garden and field view. Private bathroom. Bed linen/towels included TV with chromecast. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping about 6 km. We have a peaceful German Shepherd dog (Boris) who loves to have a visit.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.
