Absolutely unique and secluded gem

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig beliggende med fuld havudsigt over Lillebælt. Her oser af ro, idyl og atmosfære. Mindre hytte (30 m2) samt hems, hvorpå der findes to sovepladser. Derudover findes anneks ligeledes med to sovepladser. Lille hyggelig stejl sti med direkte adgang til badestrand. Der forefindes dejligt vildmarksbad som opvarmes med brænde. Tv med 45 kanaler. Der skal medbringes sengelinned og håndklæder. Handlemuligheder 5 min. kørsel fra stedet og kun 10 min. fra motorvej.

The cottage was renovated in 2020. Contains 2 floors with 36 m2 on each floor. The top floor contains a bright living room/kitchen with panoramic views of Feddet and the Little Belt. The lower floor contains 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway. From both rooms, there is direct access to the outside. Good indoor staircase between floors, there is a safety gate from the living room. Large southwest-facing terrace. Cool corridor to the west and north. 200 meters above Feddet to a good beach.

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.
