Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

The accommodation, with its own entrance, has been recently renovated and is completely furnished for a comfortable stay. During the summer, the rooms are wonderfully cool and cozily warm during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance (5 min.) from the station (train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.

Relax in this special and quiet space. Located directly at the Petkumerhafen, it offers many opportunities for bike rides and walks. Several times a day, the ferry goes to the idyllic fishing village of Ditzum. Emden and the East Frisian countryside have many attractions and leisure opportunities available. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.
