We are conveniently located close to interstate access making Ames or Des Moines an easy jaunt. If you decide to stay in town, Ankeny also offers a variety of dining and shopping experiences. We do live upstairs so you might hear us some. However, we do our best to be as quiet as possible. We look forward to your visit!

Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This space is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

Our place is a comfortable loft on the second floor of a historic building in downtown Story City. It is a sweet little town to relax in that is an easy 15-minute drive to Ames and all its amenities. The loft has a living room with a fold-out couch that sleeps two, a smart TV, and a dining area that makes a great gathering space for families. The bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed with an exposed brick wall. Also a dedicated office space perfect for long-term term stays for professionals.

Our place has one or two private rooms on the upper level,good for couples.Entire upper level is yours to use along with small kitchen ,full bath - (a small nook for kids or 1 adult)We also have garage space for bikes! Elevator, on-site management 8-5, M-F, coin operated laundry, video surveillance throughout the common areas, semi-secured building. The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building.
