This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a cliff overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Private beach, jetty and wood fired sauna . The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small cabin (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). The deck has a lounge, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm, 10 minutes from a shopping centre.
