The second part of the Bastide is occupied by the owners but faces the other side. An old chapel converted into a cottage is also part of the Domaine. Access to the Domain's swimming pool (Shared with the Domain's second gîte) A 6-hectare estate planted with more than 300 century-old olive trees that you can discover with good shoes. An ecological project based on 5 main axes: 1/Protection of existing heritage 2/Use of healthy and natural materials 3/Limitation of energy 4/Water management 5/Waste management 1.5 km from the center of Grasse, stay in a typical Provençal haven of peace, surrounded by olive trees and enjoy stunning views of the hills. Nice Cote d'Azur Airport 35 minutes away. Cannes train station is 20 minutes away. St François district accessible by car from the center of Grasse, by bus (Line 9 Jeanne Jugan) or even on foot (30 minutes with unevenness) The owners' house is still under construction but does not generate any nuisance.
