If it was a person you could describe it as very friendly with a touch of sophistication, with a welcoming soul and modern spirit. The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Situated within walking distance (15 minute walk to the city centre) of all local sights, with Ljubljanica river and its stone beaches at the very doorstep, it is the perfect starting point to explore this historic city. We offer you a beautiful apartment in quieter Bled suburban area. It has a lovely wooden structure combined with some modern elements which make apartment a warm, welcoming place. At the front is a beautiful terrace with grapes. Next to apartment is great gym with many fun things for kids, also with a set of equipment for a workout if you are a sportsperson. We have a big parking for our guests in front of house. We offer discounts.
