Use of family garden in consultation. Apartment on 1st floor. 2nd floor inhabited and given the nature of the building it is not quiet.

Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Completely newly renovated studio apartment (granny apartment) on 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee maker (pads), toaster, microwave and induction stovetop. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.

The lovingly renovated apartment is in the former coach hall of an historic building. (approx.60sqm) The adjacent park, with rare trees, invites you to take a tour. Here you will find peace and time to relax. Although you are in the middle of nature, it only takes 10 minutes to get downtown. The studio has high walls of 3.40 meters. which is characteristic for this property. In the summer it stays cool. The studio is finished with high quality materials. From the terrace you can enjoy a view over the vast meadows and the channel.
