It's 70m from the cristally clear sea. The house is 100sq m (plus the loggia of 30sq m). There is an additional relaxing area of 25sq m with an outside shower where you can barbecue and a pool area with a terrace of 100sq m where you can sunbathe. It is 35 km from Korcula and the nearest shop is 10' walking distance.

You can use 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms , 2 kitchen and 2 bathroom . House has 150 m2 interior space so you can feel very comfortable .
