'Hushwing' is a private, single-storey one-bedroom annexe attached to our family home. Built in 2018 it offers light, spacious accommodation with under floor heating throughout. Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for 1 vehicle. Private enclosed garden. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. Breathtaking views, and a private fully enclosed garden - the perfect retreat. Dog friendly. REDUCED RATE WEEKLY BOOKINGS (NON-PEAK TIMES).

Stable Cottage, Blakeney: a few steps from the sea

A minutes walk from the quay, accommodation for the discerning guest looking for comfort in a tasteful, relaxing environment. The cottage has been renovated with a gorgeous contemporary feel throughout. Close to local eateries, the sea, and local wildlife, it is great for couples and families (dogs welcome). Heating and hot water are switched on. Wood for the burner is provided from October to the end of March. We also supply bath products, milk, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival.

Perfect to explore the coast & country side . Keen bird watches may be exited to learn that Toby’s uncle was Eric Hosking !

Pepperpot cottage

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

The Dolls House is a traditional Norfolk cottage dating from around 1880. The space has been completely renovated with all the luxuries you will need for a cosy getaway. The Boathouse is a large holiday home in the heart of Blakeney on the North Norfolk Coast. Clean, bright and recently refurbished with plenty of space, lots of charm and a fantastic location just off the quay. Large country kitchen, dining room, sitting room, hall, utility room and garden room with double doors leading onto a sun trap patio and lawn. Four double bedrooms and a family bedroom and three modern, clean bathrooms. Perfect for families and large groups.
