Little house near the sea - Vätö

Lean back and relax in this lovely thatched-roof house. About 400 m to the bay and a small swimming area. You'll love it here if you enjoy nature, walks and just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue and outdoor furniture on the private patio. A rowing boat is available to borrow for a day on request. There is a 120 bed and a sofa bed. Curtains for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. The sheet set is not included but can be added for SEK 150 The house is close to the main house where we live permanently, and both are also rented out sometimes

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. In the middle of nature with beautiful views in all directions, you can enjoy the archipelago all year round. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace to burn in, a newly built guest house and a large, nice wood-fired sauna. All materials are consistently exclusive and the house is built in 2023 via the house supplier "Sommarnöje". Both houses have a beautiful terrace all around, which means that you can always enjoy the sun in several places. A path leads down to a jetty and invites you to swim.

Now you have the opportunity to live in a house with stunning sunsets, in the middle of nature and in a secluded location, while making a minimal impact on the climate. You are welcome to book our house at a special "try-it-out" price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar panels, and is not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and there are only a few minor imperfections left. The Stockholm Archipelago Trail (SAT) hiking trail passes near the house.

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

Welcome to our charming red cottage by Väddö Canal! Here you can enjoy the tranquility, nature and a magical view. The cottage has a newly-built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. For extra relaxation, there is a private sauna and on the terrace you can grill while sailboats pass by. The accommodation accommodates four people with a double bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed with two beds. Only 30 meters away there is a swimming jetty – perfect for a morning swim! Or fishing? A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. The house has all modern comforts, an open floor plan, and big windows that bring the outdoors in. There’s also a private sauna. Especially great for families - there are toys, trampoline, swings, a highchair, and a baby bed to make your stay easy and fun. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

This charming archipelago house in a courtyard environment has a large glass veranda and living room with four meters ceiling height and all the comforts. There are three bedrooms, one of which is a double room upstairs and two single rooms near a large bathroom downstairs. The glass veranda has a seating area and dining table for 6-8 people. Next to the kitchen, there is another living room and dining area. A private beach with rocks and sand and sauna is 500 meters from the house.

In the Roslagen archipelago, just 90 km from Stockholm, is this holiday home from the 60s (designed by the architect Kerstin Gåsste). The house, which is located in a classic, quiet vacation home area, is a 2-minute walk from the water. In the area, there is a child-friendly swimming area with both a sandy beach and a jetty. The house has 6 beds (newly purchased in 2022), a dining area for 6 people and a kitchen with china for up to 12 people.
