Here you will find peace and quiet in nature, but also numerous leisure activities, hiking, cycling and fishing opportunities are right outside the front door. The apartment is directly reachable via the staircase from the outside, has a parking space, storage space for bicycles or motorcycles. The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

"Apartment Trier" is a very bright, cozy apartment in the attic of a quiet house, ideally suited for solo travelers or couples, whether vacationers or professionals. Fully equipped kitchen! The fully equipped apartment is located in the central city center of Trier. It is a three-minute walk from the Porta Nigra and thus in the central pedestrian zone of Germany's oldest city. The apartment was completely renovated in summer 2019. Shopping facilities of all kinds, bars, restaurants, museums and the train station are within walking distance. Quiet apartment in the idyllic Eifel

The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.
