The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

Enjoy the stay in the large cozy apartment with plenty of room for friends and family. The apartment is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest in Grünstadt on the wine road in the district of Sausenheim. The perfect place for cycling, wine tasting and hiking through the Palatinate Forest. A butcher's shop and a beauty salon are in the house. A bakery with a café right next door. There is free parking in front of the house and a lockable bicycle parking is available on request.

The apartment is located in the heart of Weisenheim am Berg. From here you are directly in the vineyards or walk within 10 minutes to the Palatinate Forest. You drown in a restaurant within walking distance. The apartment is located on the grounds of an old winery. When you step out of the apartment, you are right in the large courtyard, which is occupied in the warm months and has a gentleman bar. There is a celebration outside in summer. So it can also get louder.

Our apartment is centrally located in the green city surrounded by vineyards, above our shop "Das Stoffatelier," directly adjacent to the pedestrian zone. From here you can easily explore the area. By car, bike or public transport you can quickly get to the next wine village. Due to the central location on the pedestrian zone, you can quickly reach various shops and localities on foot. Tourist information is about 100 meters away.

Blaue Villa Pfalz - OG - a dream for couples!

We built the Blue Villa to make people happy: first our children and now our guests who enjoy the incredibly peaceful and relaxed atmosphere and the breathtaking view. The upstairs apartment is a gem for couples who want to be all by themselves. Lovingly decorated with lots of natural wood and a kitchen where cooking is fun. Under the canopy of an old oak tree lies its private terrace with another 18 sqm. Treehouse feeling!
