Welcome to the beautiful wine village of Großkarlbach and to our small guest apartment. Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

We built the Blue Villa to make people happy: first our children and now our guests who enjoy the incredibly peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view over the wine route. The apartment in the basement offers 50 square meters of living space for couples who want to be completely private. A king-size bed invites you to cuddle. A simple kitchen complements the lovingly designed ambiance. Under the canopy of old oaks lies your private outdoor area of around 100 square meters.

Willkommen in unserer hellen, gemütlichen Souterrain-Wohnung! Diese liegt direkt an den Weinbergen und bietet einen ruhigen Rückzugsort für 2 Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein komfortables Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen einladenden Wohnbereich und einen Außen-Sitzbereich. Große Fenster sorgen für viel Licht, sodass die Wohnung angenehm hell wirkt. Perfekt für Naturliebhaber, Weinfreunde und alle, die einfach mal abschalten möchten.

On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can have a cultural, sporty and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in a spacious ambience in the evening.

Your new time-out in historic Freinsheim Just in time for the Advent season, our newly completed apartment opens its doors for the first time. Quietly located and yet only a two-minute walk from the historic market square, the apartment combines relaxed seclusion with direct proximity to everything that makes Freinsheim: wine, enjoyment and a special flair. The picturesque old town and the gastronomic variety make every stay a little break from everyday life.

Tiefenthal guest house

It is a cottage on a farm in the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve, in the middle of the Leiningerland. In addition to our beautiful hut, we offer insight into our poultry and fish farming. The cabin is equipped with modern and tried-and-tested amenities. It has a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, shower, TV, hot water and a wood-burning kitchen stove. From the terrace you can look out over the carp pond and have a spectacular view with great sunsets.
