Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung. Zum Strand sind es keine 10 Minuten Fußweg. Weitere 10 Minuten Spaziergang auf der Strandpromenade steht man vor der Seebrücke - im Zentrum des Ostseebades. Verschiedene Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker und Baumarkt befinden sich nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Der IC Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Sonnenterrasse, die Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt auf dem Grundstück, Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.

Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury holiday home "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is right on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this cottage is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equiped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of about 75 m² and is suitable for max 4 adults & 2 children.

Modern, light-flooded and newly renovated, here you can book a great apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz on the island of Rügen - only 200 m from the fine sandy beach. The well-kept apartment building was newly built in the '90s. Doctor, dentist, bakery, hairdresser, pharmacy, laundromat and supermarket are nearby. The historic town center is a 10-minute walk away.

Apartment No. 5 in the center of Binz is located in the immediate vicinity of the promenade, which invites you to stroll with its impressive houses of the bathroom architecture. My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.
