The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Apartment No. 3 (50 m²) in the Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is only a 2-minute walk via the private path. Our Scandinavian house is right on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this cottage is an ideal place to relax. Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernised by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

Ideal für eine Kurzreise oder längeren Aufenthalt. 1-2 Personen (+Baby möglich). + 1 kleiner Hund ist herzlich Willkommen. Mehr Platz nötig - dann bucht meine neues 3-Raum Appartement No. 6 mit 80 qm, ebenfalls in der Villa Chloe.

A well behaved dog is allowed (cleaning +25 euros on site).
