Beautiful large seaside villa perfectly located in the village. Quiet location. Set between famous white village Binibeca Vell (400m) and Binibeca beach (700m). Sea bathing platforms in front of the villa (150m). Brand new kitchen! with wooden cabinets and modern appliances (just renovated for 2024 season). New and silent AC (installed 2022). Large sunny pool, one of the largest in all Binibeca area (9m long, 39sqm, with a shallow side for little ones to play). Pool is not fenced. SmartTV

Little Paradise especially for familes with kids, big fantastic garden with lots to explore. Traditional menorquin architecture from 19th century in original shape- distribution of the bedrooms visible in the fotos, please mind the floorplan Perfect for one or two big families. Sonos Multiroom Soundsystem in the house and terrace. Great views Private, quiet area and no near neighbors. Just a 10-15min drive to beaches or to Mahon, 800m to San Clemente with groceries and restaurants.

The apartment is just 800 meters from the beach and about 300 meters from a small shopping area, with a supermarket, restaurants, diving area, etc. The apartments are new, recently built. They consist of two bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, living room, patio and terrace. The pool is exclusively for only three apartments. No problem at all...

Wonderful house with ocean views with A/C and ceiling fans and 10 meters from the coves and platforms where you can bathe in peace and alone, with parking at the door 15 minutes from the airport by taxi and 1 minute walk from the fishing village of Binibeca Vell with shops and supermarkets, 5 minutes from the white sand beach and diving center and boat rental, the area is a paradise and very quiet, License number ET 1074 ME

This home breathes peace of mind: Relax with the whole family! You have a large porch that surrounds much of the Villa and allows you to enjoy in the outdoor lounge of beautiful distant sea views. The place is quiet and invites you to rest and enjoy the Menorca sun, the appearance is comfortable and will give rise to days of barbecue and naps.
