Quiet accommodation on the outskirts of Abensberg. The apartment on the 2nd floor has 55 square meters, 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom and was built in 1954. Modern oil heating, hot water through solar systems. Wi-Fi. In the bedroom facing east, you can see the sunrise on the horizon. From the kitchen window above the terrace you can see west into the sunset. The huge garden with 1500 sqm and old trees is a jungle for children to play hide and seek. Non-smokers only please. No pets please.

We offer a beautiful small house -approx. 100sqm with its own entrance and a wonderful view of a green garden. Our house is 200m from the center of Neustadt Donau and about 5km from Abensberg. From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).
