Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. This is a true gem.122yrs old Grenier Les Bouts is a free standing stone building for a couple.Closest chairlift is 7mins drive, 10mins drive to Morzine & 1hr15mins to Geneva. Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation. Ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep.Village location.You won't be disappointed. We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

This chalet is truly unique, one of the oldest buildings in the area; it has been authentically restored while retaining its charm and character. You will find yourself in beautiful surroundings full of history. It is close to the Portes Du Soleil skiing resorts (Champéry, Morgins) and the Thermal Baths of Val d'Illiez. The chalet is good for couples and ideal for families. Pets welcome. Given the beauty of the chalet and its antique restoration, we don't host big group celebration parties.

Small house or Mazot. Last house on the heights of the village, surrounded by vineyards. Approximately 30 m2 of living space with kitchen available to guests, bathroom. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is best to call us in order to transmit a file to be able to access it without difficulty. Indeed, the streets of the old village are very narrow and steep.
