The air-conditioned rooms of the apartment are spread over about 130 m2. In the living room with magnificent sea views, fireplace and satellite TV, you can look forward to a relaxing time after beach or hiking days. From the living room, a staircase upstairs leads to the furnished spacious roof terrace with plenty of space to unwind. Almost all rooms have sea views and the associated roof terrace (60 sqm) offers panoramic sea views over the entire bay of Alcudia. Highlights of the roof terrace with "stunning view" are the large dining table for up to 8-10 people, the designer outdoor sofas, the sun loungers and last but not least the panoramic outdoor shower. A large rope awning provides shade if wanted. From the living room you enter the dining room area with space for up to 8 people as well as magnificent views of the sea. The dining room is adjoined by an open design fitted kitchen with a cooking island. The modern new fitted kitchen is very well equipped (Gaggenau/Siemens appliances), including with induction hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Also from the living room you enter the sleeping area, where a small hallway connects both bedrooms as well as the new bathroom with natural stone and spacious shower. One bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be put together into a double bed 160 cm), satellite TV and garden views of the lemons. From the second bedroom with double bed (180 cm lying area) and satellite TV, there is an additional balcony with sea view. In the separate utility room, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for the holiday guests. In addition, Casa Bellavista also has a lower apartment, which is offered and bookable in a separate Airbnb listing. You are also welcome to book both holiday apartments together, so that you can then have exclusive use of the entire Casa Bellavista and the pool (see the third listing). Important: In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax (Ecotasa), which must be paid by every guest from the age of 16. From the 9th night, this amount is reduced by half during the high season. The payment of these costs is mandatory and is not included in the rental price of the apartment, but must be transferred directly to the owners.
