La Jomeruca vacation home, located in Caranceja, sleeps up to 13 people in a privileged setting. Townhouse in a private development with a swimming pool and children's play area. Great views. Large private terrace and garden with parking space. Quiet development, ideal for families. Good location near beaches, and places like Santillana, Comillas, Cuevas de Altamira, Cabarceno and many more. Next to Vía Verde del Besaya, a magnificent walk from the sea to the mountains, or vice versa, 8 km of greenway + 12 km of bike-pedestrian path. 10 km from the Villapresente labyrinth, a place of interest.
