Ideal villa to rest. near a beach

The house is very close to Santander, about a 10-minute drive. Taking the train to and from Santander is very convenient as you avoid paying for parking. The village of Bezana is large and has everything, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and a 24-hour health center. The beach is located in Soto de la Marina, 7 minutes away, and has large gardens. Also nearby are the beaches of La Arnia, Covachos, La Virgen del Mar, and Valdearenas liencres beach. There is a train to Santander.

La Palmera del Puerto Suances (marina).

Single-family house with garage and two floors of living space. On the first floor there is a kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room with dining room and fireplace. In the second, there are four bedrooms and a full bathroom. A large private garden with a barbecue. The rooms have windows with pleasant outdoor views. The house is in a quiet area, but very close to beaches, restaurants, and the nightlife area. One-night stays carry a surcharge of €85 for cleaning, payable on arrival.

Entire villa in a private development, 1000 m. of plot in the quietest setting of Somo. 400 meters from Latas, the best beach in Cantabria, the least crowded area during the summer months. The house has a capacity of up to 14 people distributed in 6 rooms. The ground floor has three bedrooms, two doubles and a full bedroom with a dressing room and bathroom. First floor with a master bedroom with a dressing room and bathroom, another with two beds and a sixth with two double beds.

Single-family house composed of ground floor and bedroom floor. In the first there is a large kitchen, large hall with sliding doors that lead to a generous living room with TV area and fireplace, and dining area, plus a bathroom with shower, and access to the garage with capacity for 2 cars. On the second floor 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a common wardrobe/dressing room and exit to a glazed gallery. The penthouse is available only under negotiation for groups with more space needs.

Magnificent house near the sea, ideal for families

House from the '80s lovingly renovated, ideal for large families or small group of friends. With a garden that surrounds it, creating different spaces for a barbecue, reading a book under the palm tree, strolling through the orchard or sunbathing. 400m from La Ria beach, in the union of the Ria with the sea. According to low tide you will find a rocky beach with some sand, depending on the winter seas or at high tide bathing from the jetty and taking crabs by the rocks.
