Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Beautiful farmhouse in a quiet area 1h30 from Paris, come and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. 30 minutes from Troyes Auxerre and Sens. This farmhouse has been completely reformed with taste and includes a swimming pool, barbecue area, garden and games for the children. Cortijo including a small flat of 80m² totally reformed in 2017. The swimming pool is not heated but keeps the temperature perfectly thanks to its shelter, barbecue.... A baby bed can be provided.
