Formerly a 3-star stone gîte of 90 m², converted into an outbuilding of our house and located inside a Templar Commandery dating from the 12th century, steeped in history. Nearby is the Bois de Païolive and the gorges of the Chassezac river, offering many swimming spots suitable for canoeing, kayaking and climbing. Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.
