Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

The lovingly restored Wilhelminian-style house from 1894 is centrally located in Witten, right in the heart of the Ruhr area. The main train station, the city center and numerous walking and recreational opportunities are within easy walking distance. The stylishly furnished attic apartment combines the charm of a historic old building with modern living comfort and offers the perfect retreat for short vacations, business trips or extended stays.

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

The apartment is located in a well-kept house on a quiet street in the Bochum city park district near downtown. The 42 square meter apartment with a smart TV, fast WiFi and shared washing machine was renovated a year ago and completely refurnished. 2 minutes to the mining museum and U-Bahn stop (U35 directly to the university & to Herne). Many other Bochum attractions (Starlight Express, planetarium, city park, Bermuda3Eck) are not far away.

It is a renovated, newly furnished apartment that, with the size of about 150 square meters, offers enough space and retreat options for both families and friendly couples who want to explore our Ruhr area. Quiet and well behaved pets are also welcome, please still ask when booking. Smoking and partying is not allowed, also no vapos or hookahs. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, we do not accommodate more than 6 guests.

This stylish old building apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house from 1889 in the center of Castrop-Rauxel. The apartment offers three bedrooms with double beds as well as a small balcony. The center of life is the spacious living area with large dining table and an open kitchen. The bathroom offers a shower and also a bathtub.

We offer two complete, high-quality and identically furnished apartments in our attic. These have a bedroom with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a kitchen-living room and a shower bath with toilet. Ruhr University, German Law Institute (Vita Campus), BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.

Cozy 2-room apartment (45 sqm) on the 2nd floor with balcony and view of the mining museum. It is close to everything (main station, Bermuda Triangle, theater and much more), making it easy to plan your visit. I would like to politely point out that the reception of guests in the rented apartment is not permitted.
