The Little House

La Casita is situated in our back yard. It is on the 1st level of 4 (4th at street), so be prepared to use stairs. Although once arrived it is very peaceful and quiet. Downtown Berkeley is ~10-15 minute drive. El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station is a 6 minute drive. Solano Avenue (shops and restaurants) is a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk). Farmers Market every Sunday (10-2) is a 7 minute walk. We look forward to having you stay at our property and happy to answer any questions you may have.

A lovely one-bedroom, 2 bed house in a beautiful tropical garden setting near the Bay and a mile from Cal. Truly and urban oasis in the middle of the city. We have some of the best weather in the country and create wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy it. We live next door. Excellent walking neighborhood with easy public transit. Cozy flat in safe, quiet residential neighborhood. 10-minute walk to N. Berkeley BART, .9 miles to NW corner of campus, close to restaurants & shops downtown, on Fourth St., Solano Ave., College Ave., just about everything you need. Please don't book if you have allergies to cats! They don't go downstairs now but used to. Please don't make a reservation for someone else. Airbnb doesn't permit it, and it has caused problems when I've allowed it!
