Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Our bright, new apartment is very well equipped. Located on the outskirts, you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony. Facilities such as a supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Water playground, space to relax next door. The Main is not far and thus also many small villages and beautiful cities. Leisure: Bandkeramikmuseum, Jewish cemetery, the cities of Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Volkach, Werneck, swimming lakes, thermal baths, wine villages on the Main loop.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

For your vacation, we offer you an apartment of about 80 square meters that was completely renovated and equipped in 2018. It can accommodate up to 5 people. A large living area with dining room & open kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower & a bedroom with double bed are available. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
