Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. The cozy 1-room apartment is located on the high ground floor of a beautifully renovated, listed old building, with magnificent Elbe views in a quiet location not far from the center. The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.
