This monumental building is located in the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and through the wooden skeleton you will taste the authentic atmosphere. There is a traffic-free zone at the door, so there is no inconvenience from passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transportation. Private studio with air conditioning on the edge of the forest with private bathroom and kitchenette. Beautiful location on the N70 hiking trail. The room has a private entrance via the garden, private amenities, fully lockable. Shared use of the garden and terrace. The double bed is 1.40 m wide and 2.10 m long. Self-service simple breakfast is included. Kitchenette with hob and microwave is suitable for preparing a simple meal. You can store bicycles under the canopy in the enclosed garden.

Very nice studio near the center of Nijmegen

Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.

The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy district of Bottendaal with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the Central Station, City Centre and Radboud University and Hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green.
