Prive-studio met airco aan bosrand met eigen badkamer en kitchenette. Prachtige ligging aan de N70 wandelroute. De kamer heeft een eigen ingang via de tuin, eigen voorzieningen, volledig afsluitbaar. Gedeeld gebruik van de tuin en terras. Het 2-persoonsbed is 1,40 m breed en 2.10 m lang. Zelf-service eenvoudig ontbijt is inbegrepen. Keukentje met kookplaat en magnetron is geschikt voor het bereiden van een eenvoudige maaltijd. Fietsen kunt U stallen onder de overkapping in de afgesloten tuin.

Enjoy nature peace and cozy Nijmegen

On a quiet sandy path on the green border between Nijmegen and Malden lies our "Vogeltjesbos". Here you can walk into the woods to walk. By bike or by public transport, you are in 15 minutes in the cozy center of Nijmegen. The cottage is located in a garden/forest of 1.5 ha where we build a food forest. This with a plan, in which we strengthen nature, plant many trees, but "intervene" as little as possible. Here you can relax in the greenery and pick and taste what is already growing!

Holy Cottage

In the hilly surroundings, on the edge of Nijmegen, is this 20m2 nature cottage with a separate bedroom. The living area has a single sofa bed. The windows have screens. The cottage is located on a hill and overlooks the garden, the forest and the back of our house. The spacious yard is enclosed with an electric gate. We offer privacy and live on a beautiful avenue, which is a bit busier during rush hour. Otherwise, it is wonderfully quiet. Inside anyway. We are LGBT+-friendly!

We rent out a fully furnished Tinyhouse. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Coffee and tea are of the house. Breakfast is optional (10 euros per person) The Garden House is a nature house. It is at the back of our garden. It is fully insulated and equipped with heating. There is a terrace in front of the Garden House. The street is protected village face and the garden protected landscape garden. We live a 15-minute bike ride from downtown Nijmegen.
