Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Al centro di numerosi tracciati trekking e mtb, nelle vicinanze di borghi e cittadine medievali, a 35 km dalle spiagge liguri e toscane. A 2 km passa la via del Volto Santo (Bagnone) e a 4 la via Francigena (Filetto).

Berceto is immersed in the nature of the Parma Apennines and is easily accessible from the A15 motorway that connects Parma to La Spezia. E-Bike rental is available near the B&B and bike tours with a certified guide can be organized.
