Ein Schlafzimmer mit Morgensonne und 1,80m breitem Bett und ein schönes Bad mit Dusche und kleiner Badewanne ergänzen die Wohnung. Mit dem Doppelbett und den 2 Schlafcouchen im Wohnzimmer haben 3-5 Personen/Fam.+Kinder Platz.

The car can be parked in the carport next to the house. For bicycles, there is a separate lockable storage room.

The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.
