Thanks to the favorable location, in 2 minutes on foot we find Via Roma, a pedestrian area, with restaurants, bars and pizzerias. In the area (5-minute walk) pharmacies, supermarket, tobacco shops, delis and banks. In front of the entrance to the building is the headquarters of the Central Post Office. Welcome to Happy Hill and nature! The house, consisting of two apartments, is an old farmhouse that has just been renovated and carefully furnished. The "Bambù" apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, small reading room, bathroom and double bedroom. It has a beautiful and spacious furnished porch. The house is surrounded by a large park with centuries-old trees where you can walk and relax.

It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handcrafted by me, a retired carpenter. The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys and is just a few minutes from Cuneo and the nearby towns.
