The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

Welkom in ons sfeervolle gastenverblijf in Malden, gelegen in de nabijheid van diverse bos- en natuurgebieden zoals de Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen en het Reichswald. Centrum Nijmegen is ongveer 15 minuten rijden. Een bushalte met directe busverbinding naar Station Nijmegen en Radboudumc ligt op 75 meter van onze woning. Diverse voorzieningen, zoals supermarkt en horeca, zijn op loopafstand. Thermen Berendonck bevindt zich op 14 minuten rijden.

Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.

Nice cozy independent studio in Berg en Dal on the outskirts of Nijmegen and the woods (less than 500 m). The starting point of the famous N70 hiking trail is 1.5 km away, the studio is close to the route. Ideal location for (hiking) sports in the woods, a visit to Nijmegen city center or for overnight hospital visits. 3 km to the center of Nijmegen with the bus stop for line 8 300 m away. The three hospitals of Nijmegen are 1.5 to 6.5 km from the studio.
