With unspoilt beaches, medieval towns, and wonderful local markets on our doorstep, we have something to please everyone. Our gîte has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Nice house 15 minutes from the sea and DINAN

Pretty renovated country house, in a village, located between the corsair coast of St Malo and the medieval city of Dinan, 15 minutes from the sea. You can easily discover the Emerald Coast which stretches from Cancale to Cap Fréhel as well as the banks of Rance and its pretty little villages such as Dinan, Léhon, St Sulliac or Plouër-sur-Rance. 50 kilometers away you will be dazzled by one of the most beautiful wonders listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site: Mont-Saint-Michel.

The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.
